Pico Sure Toning
Treatment Guide
PicoSure toning uses a 755 nm wavelength and, compared to conventional toning that uses 1064 nm, it penetrates both the epidermal layer and the deeper dermal layer of the skin, making it effective at selectively destroying melanin.
Treatment Benefits
  • Reduced number of treatment sessions
  • Decreased adverse reactions
  • Improved treatment effectiveness
  • Treatment Procedure
  • Laser irradiation to the treatment area
  • Pigment particles broken down into tiny, fine fragments
  • Removed pigment with minimized skin irritation
  • Q & A
    Q. What is the difference between laser toning and PicoSure toning?
    A. Pico toning uses a device that emits laser energy at a speed 1,000 times faster than the nanosecond pulse duration used in conventional laser toning devices. This ultra-fast pulse speed minimizes damage to surrounding tissues and reduces pain. In addition, it uses a wavelength with a high absorption rate for melanin, enabling more precise pigmentation treatment. Thanks to these advantages, when performed the same number of times as traditional laser toning, it can treat pigmentation more effectively while minimizing skin damage.
    Recommended Candidates for Treatment
  • Those who are concerned about dark melasma and hyperpigmentation
  • Those who want a more even skin tone
  • Those who are concerned about overall skin elasticity
  • Those who want a laser treatment with minimal pain and side effects
  • Those who want faster results with fewer treatment sessions
